I have been a loyal customer to Affirmative since I bought my home in 2014. They've installed the two central systems my home requires and updated ducting for us. Since the start they've been nothing less than wonderful. This last weekend my Thermostat went haywire and we were out of A/C. Rocky called me back quickly and responded to text and follow-up calls to help guide me through the process. He, Ashley, Mike and the other team members who've been here (forgot their names off hand) have been AMAZING. Definitely worth an annual maintenace agreement.

      Recently Affirmative Air Conditioning was the contractor for my home warranty company as my air conditioning stopped working. Actually Affirmative Air was the second contractor as the first contractor that my home warranty service setup didn't was unable to make an appointment for me for 3 days. When the contractor arrived and diagnosed my issue they said the coil needed to be replaced which would require all new freon refrigerant would be needed at a cost of $1,200. After looking at reviews of that contractor I discovered all of their reviews were 1 star. I contacted my home warranty service and asked them to cancel them and find someone else. That was done and Affirmative Air was the contractor selected by the home warranty service. I was contacted by Affirmative Air I explained my situation and they said they would have a technician dispatched within 3 hours which is what happened. The technician arrived diagnosed the issue and said no coil was needed it only required adding two pounds of refrigerant. The air conditioner started cooling immediately. I can't say enough on the work done by Affirmative Air, if I ever have to request air conditioning service through my home warranty service I'll ask for Affirmative Air Conditioning.

      Caprice was great and so helpful. She went above and above to assist us and see to our needs. She went above and above the call of duty. Then Abel arrived at our house, and he, too, was extraordinary. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. This business is ethical and trustworthy, and they genuinely care about their consumers. If you require any type of air conditioning needs, this is the sole business to contact. I'd give them 150 stars if it were possible. I admire this organization for a variety of reasons: they care, they are honest, and they go above and beyond to complete the work. I am ecstatic. We appreciate your efforts, Affirmative Air.

      Our AC unit died during Memorial Day weekend. Through HomeAdvisor, I found Affirmative Air and Jay took my call within minutes of receiving our inquiry. They were out here the next morning and provided us with an affordable unit price, good quality unit and great warranty/service plan. A day later we have cold air!!! Couldn’t be happier with the responsiveness, customer service and quality of this company. We will continue to use Affirmative Air for maintenance and are very happy customers.

      Mike from Affirmative Air is a dream. In 2017 we went through 3 different a/c companies trying to get our a/c unit fixed. Mike came out, identified the problem and recommended we get a new unit. His entire team are pure professionals, they did a wonderful job installing our new unit, even entertaining my son with facts and the crane. Fast forward to 12/31/18, the 30 degrees temperature forced us to turn on the heat. Unfortunately the heating component was not coming on. A quick call to Ashley at Affirmative Air and Mike was on his way, almost as quick the heat was working. As I tried to pay for the service call Mike insisted it was covered, under warranty! I also love the txt message confirmations of appointments and the notification of when the technician is on their way, which includes a photo. All around my experience with Affirmative Air has affirmed my faith in small businesses. Thank you again to Mike and Ashley for all your hard work and professionalism.

      I give this company a five-star review for numerous reasons. Its starts with the office Ashley and Jamie, to the service man Carson all the way to the installation department Ian and Benny. The communication was very much appreciated, thank you for always keeping me up to date. Thank you Carson for answering your personal phone when i called with questions. The Installation guys did a great a great, fast, clean job, and even let me know their recommendations WITHOUT PRESSURE to buy anything.       Ben and Ian came out to my house this morning and did a great job for us. They made sure to not only get my heater up and working again, but took the time to walk me through what had happened and what I can do to prevent it from happening again.

      I really appreciate their thoroughness and their kindness. I didn't know where my internal part of my unit was, but they asked the right questions, and made sure I knew where it was for future reference.

      I cannot say enough good things about this company. When my AC went out in 110+ weather, Mike fought with my Home Warranty company. They wanted to put back in an air handler that was full of mold. I got an entirely new unit and canceled that warranty. Really super nice group of people and I love paying for the maintenance each month to keep everything in working order. I've given their number out multiple times and will continue to do so.

      Our air conditioning quit working last fall. I was referred to Affirmative Air by a friend and called them immediately. Had great service right away and a technician was out in a short time to the house on a Saturday. He was friendly, professional and quickly found the issue. The tech did a great job explaining the issue and provided me with options and pricing. We had our air conditioning back up and running in the time promised.
